How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your email address. If you're still having trouble accessing your account, please contact us at support@thecreaturecomfortscollective.com

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:

Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > Creature Comforts Collective

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How do I update my profile?

You can update your profile information at any time by visiting your Profile settings within the app.

I found a bug. What should I do?

Oh no! We'd love to hear about it (really... we're always working to improve the app). Please email us at support@thecreaturecomfortscollective.com and include:

  • A description of the issue
  • What device you're using
  • Your iOS version (if possible)
  • Screenshots or screen recordings, if available

We'll do our best to investigate and get things fixed as quickly as possible.

How do I restore my subscription if I purchased on another device?

Simply tap "Restore Purchases" from the Settings or Subscription screen within the app while signed in with the same Apple ID used to make your purchase.

How do I request a refund?

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. You can request a refund by visiting Apple's Report a Problem website and signing in with your Apple ID.

Apple reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
